Supplying Retailers?
Lysander offers a unique service to companies supplying products to retailers including the major supermarkets. Suppliers to the major supermarkets/retailers ship volume products and invoices each month. Invariably, there will be a reasonable percentage of these invoices that will remain unpaid when the remittance comes in, being subsequently followed by a debit note. The process of reconciling debit notes is difficult due to the volumes, and although some of the queries can be resolved, many result in credit notes. There is also no visibility in finance or the rest of the business of the reasons for the debit note issue in the first place.
This has led to the development of an outsourced service designed to deal with these issues. Our unique technology enables investigation, resolution, reconciliation and analysis of debit notes. If you receive volumes of debit notes electronically or on paper, deliver them to us and we can upload or scan into our system in detail.
